GuestGo™ Terms of Service

GuestGo™ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Go Network Platform Ltd. By using the GuestGo website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or accessing any part of the platform.

1. Using GuestGo

GuestGo provides a technology platform that allows you to browse menus and place food and drink orders with participating holiday parks, glamping sites, hospitality venues and other independent businesses.

Orders may be fulfilled to a selected lodge, cabin, pod, pitch, table, accommodation area or other designated location offered by the participating venue.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You agree that any information you provide, including contact details, order details and selected fulfilment location, is accurate and up to date.

2. Orders & Payments

When you place an order through GuestGo, you are purchasing the food, drink or other products directly from the participating venue. The participating venue is the seller and supplier of the products you order.

Prices, menu items, availability, preparation, fulfilment options and operating times are set by each venue.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. GuestGo does not store your payment card details.

Refunds, cancellations or adjustments relating to the products supplied are generally handled by the venue fulfilling your order. GuestGo may assist with technical or payment-processing issues where appropriate.

Preparation and fulfilment times are estimates and may vary depending on venue workload, availability, staffing, access to your selected location or other operational circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

3. Location Data

If you choose to use GPS search, you give permission for the app to access your device location for the purpose of finding nearby participating venues and calculating distance.

Location access is optional and controlled through your device settings.

GuestGo does not require continuous location tracking in order to place an order.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to interfere with the service, submitting false information, placing fraudulent orders or engaging in behaviour that disrupts participating venues or their operations.

5. Service Availability

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the platform for maintenance, security, upgrades or improvements.

Availability of individual venues, menus, delivery locations and table service is controlled by the participating venue.

We are not responsible for disruption caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, internet connectivity, device issues or venue availability.

6. Participating Venues

GuestGo connects you with independent participating venues.

The participating venue is responsible for:

• Food and drink preparation
• Product quality and suitability
• Menu content, prices and availability
• Order preparation and fulfilment
• Delivery or table service provided by the venue
• Food safety and hygiene
• Allergen and dietary information
• Ingredient management and preparation procedures
• Venue-specific policies and operating procedures
• Compliance with applicable food, licensing and hospitality requirements

Food businesses selling food online must provide required allergen information before purchase and again when the food is supplied.

Questions or concerns about the food, drink or fulfilment of an order should therefore be raised directly with the participating venue.

7. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Allergen information displayed within GuestGo is supplied by the participating venue.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, you should review the information provided by the venue and contact the venue directly where further information is required before ordering.

The participating venue remains responsible for the accuracy of its allergen information, ingredient control, food preparation and management of cross-contamination risks.

8. Alcohol

Alcohol may only be ordered where it is offered by a participating venue and where the venue is permitted to sell or supply alcohol.

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol.

The participating venue is responsible for its licensing obligations and age-verification procedures and may require acceptable proof of age before alcohol is supplied. Remote alcohol sales remain subject to age-verification requirements.

The venue may refuse to supply alcohol where required by law or by its licensing policies.

9. Intellectual Property

GuestGo™, Go Network™ and associated branding, software and platform features are owned by or licensed to Go Network Platform Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Content supplied by participating venues, including venue branding, menu descriptions and images, remains the responsibility of the relevant venue or rights holder.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the platform without permission.

10. Liability

GuestGo provides the technology used to connect customers with participating venues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Network Platform Ltd is not responsible for losses arising solely from:

• Incorrect information supplied by the customer
• Venue preparation or fulfilment failures
• Venue service quality
• Venue product availability
• Delays caused by the participating venue
• Device, connectivity or network failures outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy & Data

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the GuestGo Privacy Policy.

GuestGo may use information such as your email address, device identifier, order information and selected fulfilment location to operate the service and maintain your order history.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, the updated version may require you to accept the revised Terms before placing further orders.

The latest version will be made available through GuestGo.
